The more readily available your documentation is, the faster you’ll move through the process.

In order to apply, you will need to submit:

  • Last 3 months of Bank Statements
  • Last year’s filed tax returns
  • Award letters showing disability, social security, or other fixed income.
  • Other documentation supporting hardships

BANK STATEMENTS

Last 3 months bank statements

AWARD LETTERS

If you are on social security, retirement, disability etc. We need proof of this.

LAST YEAR'S TAX RETURNS OR 4506-T

We require the last year’s filed tax returns to make a determination of what was earned by you.

OTHER DOCUMENTS

Any other documentation that supports your claim of a hardship.
